Training

Gibbys Electronic Supermarket encourages employees to partake in position related training and upgrading. In the event an employee would like to participate in a training program they are to;

  • Review with the Store Manager the particular details of the training program and provide a course outline and any related costs so as to be able to determine the validity of the program in the workplace.

  • If determined to be a suitable program, Gibby’s Electronic Supermarket will then pay for the program in advance with the understanding the costs will be repaid by the employee.

  • Payments for the program can be done via payroll deductions, over a maximum of 12 weeks.

  • Upon successful completion of the program, in accompaniment with passing grades for all tests and/or exams, and 12 consecutive months of employment with Gibbys Electronic Supermarket from the start date of said training program, the employee will be reimbursed the full cost of the training program.

Training

Gibbys Electronic Supermarket provides funds for travel when required for training locations.  Speak with administration to arrange details for your expenses as per your personal vehicle.
