Step 1 - Creating a new product Title and Handling Fee

You’ll be given a login and password from one of our senor staff members

Once you login on the left hand d side you will see products, select products, you will then see on the right hand side “Add product”

*Note Shopify updates regularly so this may change but the concept is the same.

Title and Slug

1. The title must be written in the following order;

1a. Brand
1b. Model Number
1c. Description (Check the Brands website for title information)
1d. If applicable fill out the Colour by adding a “space dash space colour”

EXAMPLE

– Black

2. If the product is a speaker, the listing will have two extra things.

2a. “Speaker” and “Speakers” – If their is 2 speakers make sure you’re using the plural word.
2b. At the end of the description (After colour) you must put “each” if there is one speaker in the product upload. Put “Pair” if there is 2 speakers. (Space Dash Space)

EXAMPLE

– Black – Pair

THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO;

Subwoofers
Center Channel Speakers
In-Wall Speakers
Car/Marine Speakers

3. If the product is JL Audio you must inclue the SKU# at the very end. (You will find these on the JL Audio Pricelist)

4. If the product is a B Stock or Open Box item you must indicate that at the end (Similar to Colour, each, pair)

Do not add any special characters; example: ™ ®

EHF Fees

The next step is to fill out the EHF section, any item that has an electronic component will require a handling fee, items like HDMI cables will not require a handling fee. When you select the handling fee it will give you a list of options, select what you think would be closest to that products category. For Televisions you will select Display Devices if the TV is a variant meaning 1 product page with multiple options (43″, 55″ ,65″ etc.)
